2. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and materials
• Make timely content approvals
• Maintain payment schedules as outlined in proposals
• Respect intellectual property rights

3. Payments & Pricing

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Additional revisions billed at hourly rates
• Hosting fees billed annually in advance

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership rights transfer upon final payment except for:

• Third-party assets/licenses (fonts, plugins, stock media)
• Proprietary development frameworks
• Custom code libraries maintained by LLCG Team

5. Project Terms

• Standard development timeline: 4-8 weeks
• 3 rounds of revisions included in base pricing
• Delays in client feedback extend timelines accordingly
• Hosting support includes monthly maintenance checks

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• Client responsible for work completed to date
• No refunds for completed work
• 30-day transition period for active projects

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability limited to fees paid for services. Not responsible for:

• Third-party service outages
• Client-provided content accuracy
• Search engine ranking results
• Browser compatibility beyond agreed scope

8. Governing Law
